Kays Medical offer a suite of workshops and training programs to promote employee health and safety, enhance workplace well-being, and ensure compliance with occupational health courses and safety regulations.

Our workshops and training

Occupational health services provide training in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use to equip employees with life-saving skills in emergency situations. First aid training includes assessing and responding to medical emergencies, administering first aid interventions, and performing CPR.

These workshops focus on ergonomics principles and techniques to prevent musculoskeletal injuries and promote proper body mechanics in the workplace. Topics include workstation setup, ergonomic risk factors, ergonomic equipment use, and ergonomic exercises.

We offer stress management workshops to help employees recognise and cope with stressors in the workplace. Workshops cover stress reduction techniques, time management strategies, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness practices to promote mental well-being.

Our programs aim to promote healthy lifestyle behaviours and prevent chronic diseases among employees. Our workshops focus on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, weight management, and alcohol and substance abuse prevention.

We deliver specialised safety training for employees engaged in hazardous tasks or working with hazardous materials. Training includes chemical safety, biological safety, radiation safety, electrical safety, and confined space entry procedures.

These workshops raise awareness about mental health issues in the workplace and provide education on recognizing signs of mental distress, reducing stigma, and accessing mental health resources and support services.

The workshops and training provided by Kays play a crucial role in promoting employee health and safety, enhancing organizational resilience, and fostering a culture of health and well-being in the workplace. By empowering employees with knowledge and skills, these programs contribute to a safer, healthier, and more productive work environment.
