  • The relationship between pressure, stress, and illness
  • Familiarisation with HSE documentation, focus on the Indicator tool

  • HSE Stress Risk Assessment
  • The Talking Toolkit
  • Managing sickness/absence related to MI
  • Performing a Stress RA and developing an action plan
  • Bringing it all together, building a better working environment, building resilience, supervision strategies

This is a one-day course.

We permit a maximum of 12 people per course.

This course can be held at Kays training centre in Liverpool. Alternatively, training can be held at customer sites across the mainland UK and Northern Ireland (subject to appropriate facilities).
