For individuals: to refresh your understanding of immunisation and to keep up-to-date with new and existing vaccines for preventable diseases.

For an organisation: establishing confidence and knowledge in your first aid and immunisation practitioners, ensuring they have the right up-to-date knowledge that meets your specific business requirements.

What topics will I cover in this course?

This course outline is based on the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), as per Public Health England (PHE) and Royal College of Nursing (RCN) guidance.

The course covers a quick refresher for previously trained immunisation specialists, as well as any updates on a broad range of vaccines for preventable diseases and related topics. Our in-house courses can be bespoke to your specific business requirements, including travel immunisation or occupational health.

This course can also offer the opportunity to practice Basic Life Support skills such as CPR and Recovery Position. If you would like to include this in your training, please inform us at booking.

This is a one-day course.

We permit a maximum of 12 people per course.

This course can be held at Kays training centre in Liverpool. Alternatively, training can be held at customer sites across the mainland UK and Northern Ireland (subject to appropriate facilities).
